Dreamwork of an autobiography

‘Dreamwork of an autobiography’ is the title of physical and digital exhibitions. Psychoanalytical theory was used as a framework to understand the unconscious and explore its materiality. The uncanny, temporal, and spatial, are underpinning methodologies that inform the creation of these autobiographical ‘dream scenes.’ In these spaces, nuanced discourse between the personally internalised western cultural tropes and signifiers of; hyper-femininity, social class, and the domestic, can be experienced and analysed.
